Born and raised in the Okanagan, Heather left to attend UVIC, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English. From the time she was a young child she was fascinated with real estate and the opportunity it presented to build wealth through an appreciating asset. Her interests directed her into the project real estate world where she has dominated sales teams with record numbers of sales and earned the trust of thousands of buyers and sellers.

While a lot of Heather’s career has been focused around her specialty—project sales—she is well-known for using established connections and relationships to find resale opportunities for friends, family, and valued clientele. A seasoned investor herself, she owns multiple properties with several more presales to close on as construction progresses. This hands-on experience has allowed her to experience purchasing a property from a client’s perspective, which in turn has given Heather the ability to offer unique insight and understanding throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. Heather works with the genuine intent and desire to help her clients reach their goals and works tirelessly to ensure their specific needs and wants are met. She does this all while giving them the knowledge and tools to make successful and informed real estate decisions.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Heather’s accomplishments speak for themselves. She has been the consistent winner of the Landmark Diamond and Platinum Agent award at her brokerage. Awarded to the highest-producing agents in a brokerage boasting over 100 realtors, her numbers speak for themself. Additionally, she has won the prestigious Landmark Elite Development award each year it has been offered, which is presented to the agent with the highest number of presales.

With a keen sense of motivation and an unparalleled knowledge of the local market, Heather thrives off the ever-changing economic conditions and accompanying challenges. Married to a fellow Real Estate agent, she appreciates how lucky she is to have a husband who understands the passion and dedication she has for her work.
